How long does it take for an order to process?
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with details (*if you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us: service@workittowels.com). Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Personalized items require 7-10 business days after artwork/proof has been approved. If you need something sooner, please contact: service@workittowels.com. We do our best to accommodate your needs.
What about shipping?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS suggests 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer (*we currently ship to Canada).
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an entry error in the address provided. If your order is returned for an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (*excluding the shipping charges).
Shipping Rates
-$4.99 flat shipping rate for US orders
-International shipping prices vary by territory. Specific shipping rates are available at check-out. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
