Returns
We hope you love your items, but in case you need to return or exchange, please email service@workittowels.com. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. However, the item(s) must be in the original, new, unused condition.
Please return your item(s) to the address below, along with a note including: your name and order number. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will refund your money as soon as possible, and we will keep you notified every step of the way.

⚠️ Chargeback Policy: We strive to handle all transactions fairly and transparently. However, in the event that a customer files a chargeback after already receiving a refund (or while in the process of receiving a refund), or files a chargeback after receiving the item without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, or files a chargeback after an assessment by our team that a refund or return is not appropriate, Work It Towels reserves the right to take further action.
⚠️ Chargeback Consequences: If a chargeback is filed under these circumstances, PCrew Creatives, LLC dba Work It Towels reserves the right to refer the chargeback amount to approved Debt Collection agencies for recovery. This action is taken to protect our business from fraudulent or unfair chargeback claims. We encourage all customers to communicate with us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
